This is probably one of the greatest comic Koran packaging of all clock time . Seriously , it will be written about in schoolbook . And it has led to IDW ’s biggest print run for any comic volume to particular date , include theTransformersandTrue Bloodtitles .
Godzilla#1 . For which a retail merchant , if they ordered 500 copy , could have their own comic book shop class destroyed on the cover . 500 is a Brobdingnagian amount to order of a form of address for a store and for most shops this would be the biggest ordination for any comic . No admiration most shops turned this promotion down .
But 75 pick it up . Which means an add-on to the normal print run you’re able to supply another 37,500 copies . And all these retailers have a very interesting comical to use for promotional purposes . And on top of the 75 retail merchant covers , there are the standard , variant , retailer variant , wraparound and Wondercon undivided cover too . All in all that makes 80 covers . And some multitude will want to pull together them all , wo n’t they ?
