According to court of justice document from the United States District Court , Southern District of New York , Wizard World Inc. has filed a lawsuit against former Chief Marketing OfficerStephen Shamus , who the courtship claims " mistreat his position of trust to embezzle substantial sums , conceive to go past $ 1 million , and caused other loss .
