ED : I love bike , and I love the earthly concern of Superbike racing , but what intrigue me the most was the human relationship between Wes ( Kapa ) and Dean ( Dane ) and the dynamics those two body of work with . A role like this is take exception and it ’s easy to make this guy rope descend off as a deadbeat . The challenge is empathy and allowing the audience to experience the same .
How do you break down the set Kelly ran ?
[ Kelly ] runs his set like the room most run theirs . Kelly was cracking because he had tremendous instinct , and he know when to intervene , express to the actors what he was trying to get out of this scene , and what his overall visual sense was . He was also really effective at knowing when to persist away .
Can you discuss the cast working with K.J. ? May , Edward , and Austin ?
K.J. was great . We became fast friends , you make motion picture , and it ’s a travel circus on location , you ’re spending a lot of clip with citizenry , and you become friends .
