Comic book stock San Diego Comics has told their customers that they will be permanently close this week and ca n’t waitress for Diamond any more
I was mark the other mean solar day that only a handful of laughable book stores have actually put forward they are shut down as a resultant role of the shutdowns . Some are recipient role of United States Department of State aid , others have manage to dole out with their landlord profitably , others have been able to just put everything on hold . But some have , indeed , closed permanently . Bob Bellman , owner.operator of San Diego Comics of San Diego has announced to his customers that he ca n’t put the conclusion off any longer . He posts on the storage ’s Facebook pageboy ,
Dear customers ,
It is with a big centre that we must inform you I ’ll be closing San Diego Comics with the end of May . Because of the COVID-19 virus , Diamond will not be pass around any new rule book until May 20th . I ca n’t hold out that long .
If you have anything in your pull list box seat you may come foot it up from us at the memory We d. , Fri . , and Sat . 10:30am-5pm . Curbside service only . Otherwise please get us your back progeny lists for some bully deals !
You might require to also give your current draw and hold in list to a newfangled store , as all previous orders for April & May have been cancel . give thanks you for your trueness to this memory board .
The store was lead over by Bellman four years ago but had been die hard for decades . Two days agoBellman told the San Diego Business Journal"It ’s a backbreaking diligence . If you own a comic store , it ’s because you love it . This is a fashion to make a animation by doing what you like . " But the right way now , it is the hardest it has ever been .
