Crunchyroll ’s Solo Leveling S02E01 : " You Are n’t E - Rank , Are You ? " was a welcome return that pine away little time jumping back into the action .
Crunchyroll’sSolo LevelingSeason 2 Episode 1 : " You Are n’t E - Rank , Are You ? " was a phenomenal episode to go the season on . It had great spiritedness and pacing . I loved that it just start without any want for exposition . That said , I was incredibly thankful for the little recap prior to the episode getting afoot .
The first affair to address is that the Sung Jin - woo freshness - up is real , and I will never be capable to get over it . Are we really anime fans if we do not simp over 2D character reference ? Exactly . The introduction and outro were banger . That said , I am a small concerned about the art in both . I have questions and theories . We all know Jin - Woo does and has a reawakening . However , the artistic production seems to imply a duality . Is the Jin - Woo we currently have the Jin - Woo that died ? Is there more to this reawakening that has not been unveil to him ? Or to us ? I have a tactile sensation there is a deeper storyline hidden in there .
I liked how the episode started and how there seemed to be some tenseness from the beginning . The stride is maintained wonderfully throughout , with effective dialogue and fantastic invigoration . Now , I live this was a film for the first four episode , so I hope it keep the amazing lineament until the last sequence . It really await awesome , very detailed and crisp . Every aspect of the episode , visually , had me invested . I did not get to watch the film in theater , so I am looking forward to seeing where things take .
The humiliated ranks get left behind by Jin - Woo since the A - Ranker in care thought process of them as dead weighting . But thing go smoothly for Jin - Woo as he gets them to safety he calls upon his shadow army and defeats the chalk bear . Man , that was unrelenting . For the other team , thing do not go peachy at all , as it seems the only one who survived was the lead . That was brutal . Those sparkler elves seem brutal . However , in the external world , thing are taking a turning since there are several hoi polloi waiting for Jin - Woo , including someone who wants to kill him pretty much .
Though for the officials , they seem to be on the right runway that Jin - Woo has gone through a reawakening . I am very queer to see where things go from here . Will they find out how hefty Jin - Woo truly is ? Will be convince Song - Yi to return to school ? Will the cat vote out Jin - Woo ? So much start on , and it has me sting mynails .
