So , Taskmaster dies . The death itself befall very early in the film ; it ’s brutal , and it leave no way for argumentation . All of the Thunderbolts are sent to an underground bunker with instructions to drink down different member ( Yelena is supposed to obliterate Ava , John is presuppose to wipe out Yelena , etc ) . The idea being they would all essay to kill each other , and either come through , or the locked doors would preclude them from leaving , and the incinerator does the balance . So Ava shoots Taskmaster right between the center before everyone can shed light on up the mistake and the fact that they were fob . Her body is depart behind , so we know she is n’t come back .
