Yellowjackets Season 3 Episode 10 : " Full Circle " – Things become glacial as crashing new alinement get built and spilled ; lotties rack up the trading floor ; Misty finally gets some answers ; Tai wants to exit nothing to chance ; Natalie seek living on the edge ; Shauna confront the loneliness of real sacrifice . Lyle , Nickerson , and series starsChristina RicciandMelanie Lynskeystopped by Deadline ’s Contenders TV weekend event to discuss the current time of year , tease the time of year finale – and even talk the serial ' endgame " boastful picture . " In term of how Lyle and Nickerson approached the third season , Lyle was refreshingly frank and reliable about how she felt . " I always experience like I ’m sh***ing my pants , " Lyle shared about her advance to every time of year . " It ’s terrific , but it ’s a really exciting challenge , and luckily , the designing of the show and the concept of the show was such that we knew each season would get wild and more chaotic and more tearing and deranged . We at least had that going into it . Everything that happens this season in terms of the downward volute of all these woman and their young ego was something that we had thought of from the very beginning . "
With the series closely to wrap up its Season 3 foot race ( with " Full Circle , " directed by Nickerson ) , Lyle shared that she is " excited for everyone to see the coda " and that she believe that Nickerson " nailed it . " She added , " It ’s got a lot of answers , " and that " people will be very satisfied , in sure ways , and hopefully want more at the same time . " But what about that " bigger picture , " otherwise known as the series finale ? Lyle remark that they have a " concept " for how the serial would end – but they are also keeping their originative options open .
" Jonathan Lisco , our co - showrunner , has a saying , which is that ' make television is like building a plane as it ’s taking off . ' We always examine to leave alone way for better idea that may follow . We deliver this show seven years ago . We have an end point in creative thinker . We know where we ’re heading , but we have an absolute brilliant chemical group of writers that we ’re working [ with ] . We have the writers ' way . We have our unbelievable collaborators in our actors , and so we have sex where we want to go , but we want to go out some room for how we get there , " Lyle share .
